1. Non-hosting clarification
PleasureAtlas does not host, upload, stream, embed, frame or distribute explicit videos, images, user profiles or adult content.
We are a review and discovery platform. If the reported material is hosted on a third-party website, you must contact that website directly for removal from its servers.
2. What we can remove
We can review and, where appropriate, remove or update content that appears on PleasureAtlas itself.
This may include review text, links, thumbnails, screenshots, platform references, inaccurate descriptions or other on-site editorial material.
3. What we cannot remove
We cannot remove content from external websites, search engines, social platforms, hosting providers, payment processors or third-party databases.
For external content, contact the website operator, hosting company, domain registrar or relevant authority directly.
4. Copyright takedown requests
If you believe content on PleasureAtlas infringes your copyright, submit a detailed notice through our contact page.

6. Privacy and impersonation reports
If a listing or review references a platform that appears to involve impersonation, stolen images, non-consensual material or privacy violations, contact us with as much detail as possible.
We may update, restrict, add warnings to, or remove the listing at our discretion after review.
7. Illegal or harmful content reports
PleasureAtlas does not support unlawful, exploitative, non-consensual or otherwise prohibited material.
If such material appears on an external website, report it directly to that website, its hosting provider, domain registrar and, where appropriate, competent authorities.
8. External website responsibility
Each third-party website is responsible for its own content, moderation, consent verification, copyright compliance and removal processes.
PleasureAtlas does not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee external takedown outcomes.
9. Good-faith review
We review credible takedown and correction requests in good faith.
Depending on the issue, we may remove a reference, replace a screenshot, update a review, add context, reduce visibility or remove a listing entirely.
10. False or abusive notices
False, misleading, automated, abusive or bad-faith takedown requests may be rejected.
Submitting false claims may have legal consequences depending on applicable law.
11. Counter-notices and corrections
If you believe content was removed or restricted by mistake, you may contact us with supporting information.
We may review counter-notices or correction requests where appropriate, while maintaining editorial independence.
12. Repeat concerns
If repeated credible concerns are reported about a third-party platform, we may reconsider whether that platform should remain listed.
Editorial action may include warnings, ranking changes, reduced visibility or removal from PleasureAtlas.
13. Screenshots and thumbnails
If a screenshot or thumbnail appears inappropriate, outdated, copyrighted or otherwise problematic, report the exact page URL and describe the concern.
We may remove, blur, replace or update visual references at our discretion.
14. Search engine removal
If content has been removed from PleasureAtlas but still appears in search results, you may need to request cache or index updates directly from the relevant search engine.
We do not control how search engines cache, summarize or display removed pages.
15. Response time
We aim to review serious reports as efficiently as possible, but response times may vary depending on complexity, evidence provided and volume of requests.
Clear, complete requests are easier to process quickly.
